Here it comes again!

Here in New England, everywhere you look, little red leaves of three are sprouting. 

In the southern states it is probably fully out there; up in Canada probably not out yet.

But keep in mind that not ALL little red spring leaves are poison ivy; many leaves start out red and then turn green, like this:
