Here is a confusing little jumble sent to us by a viewer: this is TWO different plants twisted together, looking like one.

There is poison ivy, the large green leaf on the bottom left, and the smaller reddish leaf bottom right.

But the other two leaves, wrinkly ones, are Canada Moonseed, a vine that produces poisonous berries.
