This fellow is the The King, not because he has the worst rash, but because of the great gusto with which he shows us his rash! 

His photo so impressed one remedy company that they paid him to use his photo – with a whole case of their medicine.

He was digging a hole in the ground and sweeping away the soil with his forearms: he got the rash from rubbing the roots of poison ivy!
